Frame Inspection: Basic cleaning of dirt and grease from bike, cable and housing inspection, frame inspection for damage, cracking, and alignment. Drive Train Servicing: Wheels, Headset, F&R Hub, Bottom Bracket, Chain, Chainrings, Cassette, Freewheel or Cog, Front and Rear Derailleurs, Front and Rear Brakes. Electric Motor Inspection: Wires, Throttle, Display, Battery, and Controller. (Optional) Motor System Upkeep: Open motor gearbox and pack reduction/output gears with Mobil 28 (additional charge), Perform battery health check (additional charge).

All bikes are properly oiled, serviced, and tuned to the best tolerance and performance possible within the limitations of the individual bike and it's components.

When we go through the process of your install, we will also be maintaining your bikes drivetrain to ensure it is safe for the faster speeds and longer distances. Including inspecting chain and cassette replacement, cables and housing, derailleur/shifter adjustment, brake adjustment/pad replacements. Basically, when a conversion is completed your bike is ready to go the next 1,000 miles.

Have your bike packed and shipped to us. We build, tune, and install your kit using the components of your choice, and ship it back to you when it's ready (shipping not included in labor cost).
