E-BIKE SERVICing:

We offer comprehensive diagnostic and repair for all electric systems, whether you bought it from us or an online retailer. If you have an e-bike that needs maintenance or repair, we have the tools and expertise to make it right.

  • $125/hr for Nomad Cycles e-bikes

    $225/hr for all other e-bikes

    • Brake Adjustments

    • Pad Replacements

    • Derailleur Adjustments

    • Tube/Tire Replacements

    • Display not coming on

    • Motor working but cutting out

    • Motor /throttle/PAS not working

    • Battery issues

    • Anything that needs help in the e-bike drive system.

  • $250 Flat Rate - Standard e-Bike

    $300 Flat Rate - Trike/Recumbent/Cargo e-Bike

    Basic cleaning of dirt and grease from bike, cable and housing inspection, frame inspection for damage, cracking, and alignment.

    Drive Train Servicing: Wheels, Headset, F&R Hub, Bottom Bracket, Chain, Chainrings, Cassette, Freewheel or Cog, Front and Rear Derailleurs, Front and Rear Brakes.

    Electric Motor Inspection: Wires, Throttle, Display, Battery, and Controller.

    (Optional) Motor System Upkeep: Open motor gearbox and pack reduction/output gears with Mobil 28 (additional charge), Perform battery health check (additional charge).

CONVERSIONS:

When we build a bike, it’s a better ride than an e-bike you could purchase off the shelf. We take the fit and finish of your conversion seriously: not only well adjusted and mechanically sound, but built for the best visual appeal at the same time.

When we go through the process of your install, we will also be maintaining your bike’s drivetrain to ensure it’s safe for the faster speeds and longer distances.

Includes inspection of chain and cassette replacement, cables and housing, derailleur/shifter adjustment, brake adjustment/pad replacements.

When a conversion is completed, your bike is ready to go the next 1,000 miles.

  • $900 Flat Rate for labor

  • Have your bike packed and shipped to us. We build, tune, and install your kit using the components of your choice, and ship it back to you when it's ready (shipping not included in labor cost).
